Music Festival in the Mountains 2023

Festival Música nas Montanhas is one of the most relevant classical music festivals in Latin America.  It brings together musicians from all over Brazil and abroad, filling the concert halls, moving the panorama of the Minas Gerais resort.

Approved by the Ministry of Tourism through the Federal Culture Incentive Law and by the Government of the State of Minas Gerais through the State Culture Incentive Law, the Música nas Montanhas Festival has been included in the official calendar of the Municipality of Poços de Caldas since its creation. first edition.

The regular schedule of Symphonic and Chamber concerts has diversified into more  than 25 free concerts between daily evening concerts, House of Culture and Museum series, Academic Concerts and Special Concerts. Nursing homes, churches, hospitals and other different places receive teachers and students from the event, who, through a solidarity initiative, bring music to those who cannot be present in the concert halls.

Natural beauties of the hydromineral resort, mild climate, thermal waters and architecture marked by the heyday of casinos in Brazil make Poços de Caldas a perfect environment for art lovers, an attraction to the more than a thousand music students welcomed in its 23 previous editions.
